Rukundo J M Vianney

Vianney has been particularly attached to the field of education for more than 10 years. From undergraduate to graduate studies, he studied education sciences which he completed with a professional career in the same field. From secondary school to university, Vianney has worked as a teacher and has benefited from several training courses in the same field, including expertise in quality assurance of higher education and internationalisation of higher education. His research focuses on education policies and systems and related fields. Consequently, he is aware of several challenges that haunt the Burundian education system and this has developed in him a firm commitment to contribute to the establishment of an effective education system for the sustainable development of the country.

Gilbert Iragiraneza

Gilbert is a senior psychologist and has a long-standing interest in the psychosocial and clinical care of learners at all levels of education and in supporting people with disabilities. He enjoys linking education to the psychosocial and clinical well-being of learners. His experience as a Red Cross rescuer has more than once been at the service of children in need, especially in the case of disasters.

Gaspard Niyongabo

Gaspard has 16 years of experience as a secondary school teacher. He knows all the challenges of the Burundian education system down to the last detail. His involvement in Education plus Burundi reflects his commitment to finding solutions to these challenges. His contribution is mainly focused on teacher training on pedagogical approaches and teaching methods likely to produce a significant return on the teaching-learning process.

Deborah Niyukuri

Following her accounting experience at the Burundian army's financial institution, Deborah has extensive management skills and she is always happy to put them to good use for Burundian youth. Her educational backgrounds in Management Computing as well as her passion for the career have always been an asset.

Joselyne Tuyisenge

Joselyne is passionate about supporting children who drop out of school due to unwanted pregnancies, menstrual periods, lack of school materials or other necessities. With her experience as a psychologist, she brings to Education plus Burundi several projects for the schooling of young Burundians, especially girls.
