Education Plus Burundi is a non-profit organisation approved by Ministerial Ordinance No. 530/990 of July 5th, 2022 by the Ministry of Interior, Communal Development and Public Security. Intervening in the field of education, from primary to university, Education Plus Burundi complements the efforts of the government and other stakeholders in the same sector. It is directed by its Executive Committee, supported by the Supervisory Board and managed by the General Assembly, in accordance with its statutes. In addition to the founding members, the Education Plus Burundi also has associate members.
Education Plus Burundi's overall objective is to contribute to quality education capable of equipping Burundian youth with the intellectual capacity to solve life's daily problems through critical thinking. To achieve this goal, the association has the following specific objectives
